A series of abandoned military tunnels used by the Morlocks to travel throughout New York City undetected.
These tunnels connect to the New York City sewer system in multiple places as well as New Jersey, Connecticut, and Upstate New York.
The Morlocks also used the alley to escape from the the Mutant Massacre caused by the Marauders.
Later, those same Marauders came to establish themselves in those tunnels.
